This coupon entitles the person(s) named below to receive 1% of the base price of their new home purchase back as a rebate from Wasatch Homes. Coupon may be used to upgrade your service plan at any Wasatch Homes Community.

TERMS and CONDITIONS
1. Coupon must be presented on Buyer's initial visit to Wasatch Homes sales
office.
2. Offer is not valid if Buyer is accompanied by real estate agent, or if
Buyer has previously registered with Wasatch Homes.
3. Coupon is valid for 90 days unless Wasatch Homes approves an
extension in writing.
4. The Website Coupon is 1% of the BASE price of home as defined by
Wasatch Homes. BASE selling price excludes options, upgrades and lot
premiums.
5. Not valid with other offers unless specified by a Wasatch Homes
sales agent.
