How do we deliver more for less?
• First and foremost, we care! The owners of the company are personally involved with every detail that goes into your home. From the design, through the entire building process we are with you, ensuring all work is performed to our high standards by the best professionals in the industry.
• What you want comes standard! Included in the price of every home we build are features we know you want. Our standard features will cost you in excess of $20,000 with most builders. We feel like no home should be built without them. These are energy efficient building techniques that save you money in utility bills, and high quality materials such as tile or hardwood floors, 2 tone paint, and custom cabinets.
• We never charge a profit margin on upgrades. You pay what we pay. This is completely the opposite from what the production builders do. They lure you in with a low price, show you a beautiful model home, get you to sign a contract, and then you find out what you aren’t getting what you thought you were, and the model home you fell in love with has $50,000 to $100,000 worth of upgrades that no one told you about.
