Energy Savings Package
Significantly reduce your energy costs with these energy-saving items. Includes Low E high energy efficient windows, thermal break exterior doors, 90% furnace, fiberglass blown in insulation in walls and attic space, where possible (R 15 walls up to R 42 ceilings).

Grand Master Bath
Every Designer home comes standard with a luxurious oversized garden tub and a fully enclosed separate shower in the master bathroom. All tub and shower surrounds are constructed with quality low maintenance cultured marble.

Central Air
Includes digitally controlled central air conditioning sized to sufficiently accommodate all finished and unfinished areas of the home.
